Customer service was great

We had very prompt and excellent service. The service manager provided assistance over the phone and we had a service technician who was on another call nearby arrive to assess the situation and came back the next morning to replace our on-demand water heater. The response, service and professionalism was awesome! Very happy and impressed

All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I was super impressed with all the staff. I came in to dewinterize my trailer, and found out I needed to replace the kitchen faucet. Instead of selling me a $200 faucet they were able to find a $30 faucet and installed it for me. The staff was all amazing and the prices were super reasonable. 10/10 will come again.

Huge rave to Ken in service. I had an unfortunate accident when I brought my trailer home and ripped off the arm on my awning. They had one is stock and had a service tech Jeff come out to my house and fix it the next day. Had a problem with my front jack as well which I had pointed out to Jeff and he went back and reported this. Got a call from Ken the next day saying a replacement was authorized through warranty and had Jeff come back out the next day to replace the jack. Very impressed with the customer service from the service dept. I will also add I live an hour away!
Also had a great buying experience from Kieran. We left to think about a trailer we liked and he took a video of the trailer and sent it to us to help us with out decision. Needless to say we ended up buying it. Great experience overall with 4 Seasons!
