I have owned a number of RVs in my lifetime and I’ve found most RV Dealerships are right there on top of everything until they have your cash. After that not so much.

Four Seasons RV seem to really care, I purchased a 2023 Grand Design Reflection model 270BN. It’s a wonderful coach for us but I had a minor problem, I did like they told me, CALL THEM! I spoke with Mike Rahal our salesman, he asked where I told him Calgary on the way back to Saskatchewan. Mike told me to stop in and it would be looked after that day so I stop Saturday afternoon and it was fixed.

I am very happy we found Four Seasons RV, Matt Campbell at the Virden, Manitoba office and Mike Rahal at the Medicine Hat branch are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable you can not go wrong talking to them.

I have only good things to say about my experience dealing with your team.

Sales and parts were very friendly and helpful.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Our salesman Brad found us the exact trailer we would be interested in, went above & beyond at delivering our trailer on time. Financial dept was efficient & even made sure we were still getting the interest rate we were promised at time of deal. Our demo rep was very friendly & very knowledgeable of the unit we were buying and answered all of our questions on the unit. When we found a crack in the kitchen table they immediately had staff coming out to take pictures so the problem could be resolved. We are very happy with all the staff.
