Pleasant staff. On time.

Once I found the office (the area is congested, and GPS was not too helpful), everything was seamless. There is plenty of parking, the procedures were straightforward and my appointment time was on point. All staff members were personnel and efficient - see you in 6 months

Dr Alvarado and staff are amazing. All are very personable and genuinely concerned why you are there. Every appt is the same. Dr Alvarado is very smart and listens to what I need not just what the medical world suggests. If you are trying to make yourself healthier, go see them.

Baptist Intercoastal West Jacksonville is great. We have been going there for years, and we like the primary Care office with Dr. Joseph. Dr. Joseph is a great doctor; she always listens to our symptoms and questions. The staff is great as well. We trust Baptist Healthcare doctors, emergency care, urgent care, and hospital for all our health needs. We recommend Baptist to all our family and friends.
