I like the professionalism, knowledge. The Staff is helpful, and the easy access to my chart for information, etc. Dr. Alvarado explains well and easy to talk to.

What do you like about our office?

Dr Alvarado really took her time and got to know me as a first time patient. She really dug into my family history and answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns.
The medical assistant I talked to about a prescription was very helpful when my pharmacy had issues with finding it in their system. She immediately got it taken care of.
Front desk was friendly and polite and scheduling all my follow up appointments was easy.

I love that everyone treats you so well, they run on time and stay on top of my prescriptions without me having to beg for refills.

Pleasant, accommodating staff, wait time is minimal, which is very nice and I am happy with my new Dr, she makes me feel very comfortable, doesn't rush me and listens to my concerns.

Dr Joseph is very knowledgeable and informative. From the very beginning of my choice of this office, it was due to the initial visit with the staff. It has always been true in my experience that if the staff is friendly, caring and focused on patient care, the physician will be the same.

Great doctors have fantastic staffs in my opinion.
