Everyone from front check in to check out was so nice and helpful and made me feel welcome from the start. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Alvarado and her nurse, they made me feel comfortable and I wish I had made the change long ago.

Everyone was really nice and professional. They were able to get me in quickly, see me on time, accommodate my special situational request to satisfy the state of FL concerning a legal matter. Dr Shaw was a pleasure to sit with and he took his time. They caught that my blood pressure had spiked and increased my dosage instructions. They got me set up with labs the following day where I had the same experience with the staff at Beaches Baptist Hospital. The entire operation felt professional, courteous and smooth flowing. Thinking back, a number of staff made casual references to their personal faith in God. I also saw a Bible and devotional book out on a desk. I'm glad to see that people of faith are not afraid to bring it into this workplace and I hope that never changes. I suspect that having staff with that kind of character contributes to the quality of care and customer experiences.
