The office was easy to find with plenty of convenient parking spaces. The check-in was quick and efficient and there was plenty of room in the waiting area. Cleanliness is important to me and I was very comfortable waiting to be called.

What do you like about our office?

Friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. Clean, bright waiting area and exam rooms. Appointments are timely. Dr. Joseph takes the time to listen to concerns and provides diagnoses that are relevant. Her explanations are easy to understand. She is very knowledgeable and treats her patients with respect.

The new office is large and inviting and there is plenty of space to park. Dr. Kristina Santiago-Naranjo is an awesome physician who takes the time to listen to your concerns, completely reviews all your lab work, and then works with you to make a plan to improve your overall health. Her staff, particularly Lauren, are very professional and caring, and demonstrate that they want all patients to live well. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Santiago-Naranjo to any person seeking professional and compassionate medical care.

Love the staff the new spacious office BUT...needs better marking on Beach Blvd. GPS had me going in circles. There is absolutely no way anyone could know where you are without hunting. Ridiculous Baptist....do better!

Dr. Santiago is the BEST PCP anyone could ask for and she recently moved to this location. The staff was very nice and there was plenty of parking and it was easy to get too. A 10 out of 10!

Once I found the office (the area is congested, and GPS was not too helpful), everything was seamless. There is plenty of parking, the procedures were straightforward and my appointment time was on point. All staff members were personnel and efficient - see you in 6 months

Dr Alvarado and staff are amazing. All are very personable and genuinely concerned why you are there. Every appt is the same. Dr Alvarado is very smart and listens to what I need not just what the medical world suggests. If you are trying to make yourself healthier, go see them.
