I like how you protect the home while doing your service and that it comes out clean, I have had my carpet cleaned in Feb of 2017 and my air ducts vents cleaned on 11-30-2017, and prices are not outrages, the customer service is friendly and they keep us updated when technicians are coming to the home
The person cleaning my carpets did a great job of explaining! And the service was fast! Only thing is that some spots came back but you are kind enough to come back and take a second look!

Be a little more careful. Piece of laminate counter edge was broken off & I was informed of this before the guy cleaning the floors left. But it also would have been nice to have been compensated at little for his mistake!

Whoa! From start to finish Zerorez blew my expectations away. I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service over the phone and even more so when Mike A. ("Big Mike") showed up and walked us through the whole process. He did a thorough job and was very careful. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that is looking for an affordable, customer service forward, friendly, informative, awesome company! I highly recommend requesting Big Mike to take care of your carpet cleaning needs!

I'm very disappointed in the results of my upholstery cleaning. I was surprised it took the technician only an hour to clean three pieces of furniture - a sofa, love seat and oversized chair. The pieces had been in a smoker home, which I'd advised. The pieces were cleaned outside so the smoke smell wasn't quite as noticeable. After the cleaning I was advised if the smoke smell was still prevalent to call and they could go ahead with a special treatment. Once the pieces were moved into the house the smoke smell became noticeable. The rep said she'd speak with the manager the next morning (I'd called after 5:00) to see what could be done. The next afternoon I rec'd a call back and was told the manager recommended I contact a restoration company to try and deal with the smoke and after that was done Zerorez would come offer another regular cleaning. I'm deeply disappointed and angered by the fact that I spent $239 for an hours work and now am being advised to contact a restoration company. I had good service for my carpets a few weeks ago, which is why I called you again. I'm finding that was a big mistake on my part!
