Ace did a very thorough job checking the carpet in advance of cleaning and spent a lot of time on the cleaning process . All the spots came out and the carpet looks great.
They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They seem to have done in pretty good job however there are some spots I may have to contact them again. I think them for their excellent service.

The first two times I thought I would never spend money on this again. The gentlemen was so sweet and nice. But it wasn't worth the money he just did the tops and there was still clumps of dog hair and stuff in the cracks.
