The carpets looked good afterwards. And they did come back out and fix a stain that emerged.

Great job on cleaning the carpets, friendly, knowledgeable employees, and they did a good job on our carpets.
I called and asked for the monthly special and thought is what I was getting. When the technician came 4 hours late, did his job, he said after I paid for the work and asked how bad the air ducks were he said that he didn't do that because it was not on his invoice to do. So not getting the cleaning monthly special and then 4 hours late...
I called that afternoon 2/21/18 and left a message. No one has called back. So I don't think that they want my business nor any of my friends business as well.
After our dogs were sprayed by a skunk at 4 A.M., then ran back into our house,, and spread skunk oil on carpets and furniture we needed immediate help. We called Zerorez as soon as they opened at 8:00 A.M. They had someone at our house to clean the carpets by 10:00 A.M. By Noon the carpets were clean and the odor tremendously reduced. Zerorez responded to our need very quickly and did an excellent job.
When you make your appointment one month before to ensure you get the first morning appointment and end up not getting it really makes me upset.
