I have not received the product yet so this rating is solely on the ordering process. It appears they take a personal interest in their work. I’m sure they are busy but they had time for a real person to call and ask if there were anymore changes needed before shipment. The total ordering process was very easy.

we recommend a better tool to design. it stops frequently and we can keep the art to continue working on it. take a long time to upload a picture from another source, it would be great
