Needed a custom decal that OSHA was requiring me to put on a piece of equipment. Received a quick followup email from Bridget about the size. Had the proof a few days later which was approved and the 15"X15" decal showed up on my desk a week later rolled and wrapped in plastic inside a box. Very easy to order from. Two thumbs up.
