Ordered (4) bracketed banners for our 2024 ministry theme, "Let's Grow Together". DIY online design was very straight-forward and easy to use (although I am tech-savvy, so take what you will). Post-order confirmation (since I had selected to receive a proof), they very quickly (next day perhaps?) reached out to ensure design was right and fixed everything on the spot. Shipping was to be expected and I received it quicker than estimated (it crossed over Christmas, so I was very impressed). Quality was great. Packing was smart. I will definitely be using this company again!

Procedure was quick and efficient once we figured out what all the terminology meant. It was lucky that we were able to connect staff to an on-line link for good artwork, but it appears you can even fix poor artwork to a reasonable extent.
Without chat intervention it would not have turned out so well, but the chat was short and very helpful. A bit more advice, especially in terms of definitions, on the website would not go amiss, but chat is probably the surest path for most customers.
The process on this order was delayed a but due to winter holidays but would normally be quite fast.
