I ordered Matt white decals and glossy black, but received Matt black and glossy white. When I contacted you I was told that what I received was what I ordered. But when I looked I could not see my error. It would be great if you added the glossy/matt detail in the cart for final checkout. As a start up company we do not have the funds to correct our mistake.

The representative that handled my initial order took great care to explain the process of how the decal would be created. She went through a detailed explanation of how the colors are converted to CMYK from RGB, and how a Kiss-cut for the decal would be safer to retain shape and quality of the tight turns on parts of the decal around my dragon's horns and hair. It was an overall wonderful experience to work with her, and I will likely use this service again for personal decals for my vehicle! Thank you for your service.
