Everything went smoothly. I placed an order for a sample pack of my ready artwork. Katie assisted me via chat and later via phone. The received decals were exactly the same as my artwork and the decals looked very good.
Only time will tell about the durability of these but so far a good experience at a reasonable price.

The ordering experience was fantastic. Once artwork was submitted, I was contacted by customer service almost immediately to clarify any notes and was notified of any issues or updates they needed to make to the size/artwork.
