Ordering my banner was extremely easy and I received top-notch customer service when my deadline changed unexpectedly after ordering.

Nick L put me in contact with Paul on the service team and he was able to adjust the production and shipping time to make sure I had the banners before my big event.

The banners itself were exactly as described and made out of a very nice material that both looked and felt high-quality. The recipient was extremely pleased and I am so grateful for the excellent service I received. I will definitely be using this company for future banner needs!

Nick called me the same day I submitted my design, since my design would have been obstructed by grommet placement. He edited the design to avoid that issue, quickly sent the proof back to me, and called/emailed to confirm the change. I was very impressed with the speed that they turned that around and the care they take in making a quality product.

I messed around for 2 weeks waiting for the local guys to get me proofs and quotes. Both were terrible with follow up. Got on line with Decals.com. I created proof myself in 5 minutes. Had a confirmation proof in 10 minutes and ordered w 2 day shipping. And the pricing was $40-$80 cheaper than the local guys.

I was very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend looking nowhere else for fast amaizing service at a great value. Many competitors require minimums of 20 or more pieces and for our line of custom manufacturing having the ability to order the exact number of custom decals needed made Decals.com my first choice and no my go to.
