My biggest complaint and I would give it a 1 out of 10 is the fact that I paid for the 2-day shipping and it came in 3 days and put our schedule behind. The issue is with UPS because they said it was delivered on Wednesday at 12:14pm, but UPS didn't come until the next day around noon. It was clear that they clicked on the 'delivered' button so they would get an on-time delivery, but I was running around looking for it everywhere AND spent a lot of time in the morning chasing it down. I don't think we should have to pay the extra fee for something we didn't get on time.
The banner we got is beautiful. It was easy to order and came out as I expected. The only thing I would do differently is ask to see the preview. They were a pleasure to deal with.
