The customer service was very good. Easy enough to do however, I wish there were some way a person can take a photograph of the area they want the decal and see how it would look in practice. Like thos home deco apps where you can see different deco styles, and what they would look like in your home.

I had a great first experience with decals.com. Once I placed my order I was contacted by Andrea to edit and talk through the best options for my logo and intentions of decal use. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and quick with responses. After spending the necessary time with me to feel confident in placing our order she also spent time ensuring we chose the correct shipping to get our order in time for an event. I just received our order in the mail today and the decals turned out exactly as we had discussed including the exact color and quality. Overall I would recommend decals.com and will be using them for future decal orders.

I talked to Kaylee first and she seemed unprepared for my high level of specificity. Unfortunately she dropped the ball and didn't send out the color-matching-proof that I requested. Later I talked to Cassie and she made me feel like an executive. We discussed the different options and she laid out the timeline so I knew what to expect.
