The process to order online was very efficient and the finished product was perfect. However, I had to reorder a different window decal, because unfortunately my car window is too dark to see the decal through it. My bad. From now on, I should communicate via phone (or chat, if offered) to make sure I am ordering the right product to meet my needs.

Ordering the proper decal through the rep by phone allowed me to get the right product for my needs. Very friendly representatives--Andrea and Deb!
