I highly recommend Banners.com -- your customer service team has always provided me with excellent customer service (when I need it). The website is easy to use, and all pricing information is clear and easy to understand. As a graphic designer, I am able to upload my own designs easily, and the finished product always matches my expectations. I've used banners.com for many years now as Marketing Director for a military non-profit association, and in my own personal life -- I typically order pop-up displays, banners, and tablecloths. OH, and the shipping is fast and reliable!

The service representative who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained specs and limitations which helped me make an informed decision about the final product. I have not received my decals yet, so can't comment on the quality... but the service so far has been great.

I did not see on the website that I needed to upload a vector image. Please make that info more visible on your site.

My experience was good regarding print quality, delivery speed, and respond from the vendor.

A couple of things could be better.
I paid for a 12x12, since the image was not a square, the print was a little smaller, 12 x 8, and that is ok. The ethical part that I would have expected, was a reimbursement for the difference. I know it was not much, but again, it is good ethics. It could have been handled differently. For example, customer placed the order, don’t charge until the size is confirmed. Then, charge the appropriate fee related to the final size. It could had been bigger, for instance, if customer representative confirmed, I could have requested to be 12 high.

The other thing, the envelope was somewhat sturdy, but not sturdy enough for how rough UPS handles packages. The decal came bended, like it was roughly handled. I recommend putting a carton board inside the envelope and adding a sticker on the outside “do not bend” to prevent the bending.

Initially communication started off rough. It had been a few weeks and I hadn’t heard anything about my order. After speaking with a manager, Cassie, she and the employee that I spoke with initially completely picked up the ball, and got my order processed as quickly as possible with clear communication moving forward. As a fellow business owner, I understand that no business is perfect and everyone makes mistakes. It’s how you handle the mistakes that make the difference. With that being said I’m extremely satisfied with my experience.
