Liked getting a fast and friendly call and email from Joe. Would have liked even better to have you guys go ahead and print, and send a zoomed out picture of the print with some sort of scale reference so I could see exact dimensions and resolution before it is packaged and sent.

I placed an order mid day last week and got a call the same day to go over an issue with my file. The rep went over everything with me, we made the corrections, and the moved the order forward. I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency. Cannot wait to get my order!
I made a quick banner up and sent it to Banners.com last minute on a weekend. First thing on Tuesday (day after labor day) Joe called me with and issue with an image not blowing up well. He sent me an email to respond to with a higher quality image and also made sure I got it before Friday. It looks better then I expected to begin with and Joe went the extra mile. Thank you.

Project manager, Ashley, is always amazing to me! I've been a buyer of wholesale printed graphics since re-starting my small Virginia Sign Company in 2015. I have found the value in outsourcing my printing is far greater than investing my valuable cash flow and working capital in costly print equipment and utilizing an extra employee to operate things in a seasonal production environment. Having a company like Digital Print Solutions and an incredible and talented person like Ashley handling my account is like having my own personal graphic production division without all the overhead!! That's why I have been giving most of my digital print projects to DPS for almost 10 years! I highly recommend their 3m Controltac printed material for long-lasting exterior signage. The first exterior sign I installed when I went back into business is still providing a great image for my customer after over 100 months of UV exposure. Sure there have been times when things go wrong on projects but I have found that in these rare instances the company works things out in an equitable fashion. I highly recommend Digital Print Solutions for small or large companies needing help with their business sign printing needs. But please don't use Ashley...I want to make sure I have her on call for me on my next project!!
