I worked with Bridget Burkhardt from Decals.com with needs for a very specific custom request: I needed outdoors decals to brand an EV charger, very similar to needing to brand a car or truck. But what made my order trickier was needing a dye-cut logo that was BIGGER than your average decal. She was able to walk me through my options and how durable they were, walk through future pricing options (very reasonably priced above all other competitor's pricing), AND send a proof where the Decals.com team handled the creation of. For such a small order, my item arrived within just a few days and I was extremely pleased to see that it looked exactly like its proof!

I placed an order for 100 multicolor vinyl transfer decals for safety hard hats. I submitted the order on a Thursday with a deadline for the following Friday. The order arrived on Tuesday via UPS, thanks to the expedited shipping I selected. The decals were perfectly color-matched and of excellent quality. We didn't find any errors on any of the 100 decals. We’re already planning to place more orders in the coming months. Customer service was also excellent. I received a phone call shortly after order submission regarding a slight modification to the sizing of the decal.

Actually, the process to order tge banner was very difficult to use. I had too much trouble with the drop of my picture into the order form and took many attempts, however, the banner is perfect.

Easy ordering, easy review process, fast delivery, and happy with the quality out of the box. Plus, customer service was on point, with non-traditional follow-up that made me feel good about my purchase from them. 😁

It'll be interesting to see how the banners do outside in the elements for a few months. The price was so reasonable, that it won't bother me if they only hold up for the 3 months they need to.
