talking with Katie about details re: my decal was very enjoyable - she knew what she was doing and even managed to make adjustments on the run so that I had a final copy to OK before we hung up
a very different experience with the website and someone in Chat? or email? who never answered my questions and just kept saying "after you order your agent will talk with you" -

your website isn't clear on how various approaches to a decal might affect the final outcome - it assumes the user knows as much about decals as you all.... which they can't!

The Customer Service Representative - Andrea Bjornson was very proactive and responsive. She tried on several occasions to reach me about a problem with my order. When we finally connected, she was very helpful in resolving the problem, for which I was most grateful. She even took the initiative to assist me in editing my artwork to suit the order.

I had the best experience, Joe called and left a message that the artwork was blurry and worked with me to get a better print. We received the banners and put them up at our church and they look awesome, Great job, I have a friend who saw these at our church and is getting ready to order his own.

I contacted stickers.com to remake some decals for an old minibike. I sent them an email with pictures and measurements. They contacted me within minutes of me sending the email. After receiving the proof and and another phone call the decals went to production. I received the decals less than a week later. And I am beyond happy how they turned out. Thanks again
