I had a last minute change to my banner AFTER placing the order, but they were able to put the order on hold for a week until I could get things sorted out on my end and provide new artwork. I received personal attention, and I always appreciate the fine workmanship of the products I order. You need to figure out a spell check option for your employees. If indeed they can’t spell we trust in your professionals per your advertising . What a waste of time and money!
