It was relatively easy, but mostly I appreciated getting a proof and being able to make changes to it before receiving my order.
The banner came in better than expected. The color purple we chose was a much better purple than the purple pictured on your website. We ordered a 3' x 3' shiny purple with white lettering and it looks fantastic outside our building! It's a very good and sturdy vinyl. Everything about the banner was perfect. If I need another banner in the future, it will be from y'all.
