Very quick response from Taylor, and she followed it up with a phone call so that I could approve my final proof. I'm so happy to have found this company and plan on using you for further orders!

The review of the design review was very fast, as was the production and shipping. We received our order fast, which was very helpful. I also enjoyed the hand written thank you note for the purchase. Not many companies do that anymore.
It was so easy to just click exactly what we wanted with no extra fluff.
I was especially thankful for the option to receive a proof. Joe even called me to express concerns about some of our images not turning out correctly so I was able to get back in and redo them and send them to him without extra cost. He then followed up with the proof and was so helpful.
