The guidance and support from the instructors and how they offer many adjustments to those of us just starting out. It makes you feel welcome and that practicing yoga is possible even when you are new and not very flexible.
The classes are to short !
There are to few washrooms and private change rooms for the amount of people !

Desk staff were friendly enough but seemed very distant, not warm like at some other places I’ve been, may just have been the day. Instructions visible for first-timers to the studio would be helpful particularly since the staff stayed back rather than offer help to anyone who looked lost or confused. Still, I had a lovely experience and can’t wait for my next visit. When I signed up the staff were very helpful and gave useful information, making me feel well informed. Increased warmth would just also help newcomers feel welcomed as well. Thank you!
Great instructors
Instructors are very experienced and systematic. There are many options for the hours and sessions. It's relatively cheap, especially when one buys package deal. In certain studios there is a sense of community among the yogis.

I like your friendly reception staff and excellent teachers. I also appreciate your flexibility with my pass during the past year when I had several eye surgeries and had to pause it. The location is very convenient.
My main issue with the Sun Studio is climate control and ventilation, especially in the summer. Could we keep it a little cooler please and have more constant air circulation? Also some small things, like the sponges often look very dirty. Are we really cleaning the mats?
Overall I love the sun studio. It feels like home.

The teacher was excellent. The experience was great.
The only thing that I would recommend is more ventilation in the room. It's too stuffy. Needs more air conditioning. Easy to spread viruses. Felt like I was coming down with the flu the next day.

Everything from the instructors to the friendly welcoming front house staff to the general vibe and family atmosphere
It was very busy when I got there so the person at the front had a lot to do so I understand if they didn't get have the time to explain things. For me, as someone new to the centre(s) it would have been helpful to get a short run-down of things: where the bathrooms are, where you can change, what you can bring into the room with you.. etc. It's a small space so I quickly figured it all out but I was unsure if I could use my own mat or how things worked as each studio is different.
Overall a great experience though and friendly staff!

I love kits studio, but for some classes it's a bit small.
