Accepting, nice people.
Making sure that a class and staff that is outside waiting is quiet . Often during the final 10 mins of class during relaxation you can hear laughing and talking . It's a bit distracting

there is not enough space between the mats. Change room facilities would be a great help
The chaos between classes is s very unsettling experience. Feeling rushed in and then pushed out by the next class is the most counterproductive experience to all the calm I might achieve in my practice

The yoga instructors are just the best! The number of classes and styles of yoga offers something for everyone and it is so nice to change it up
Is a bit dim light, more easy to relax. Unfortunately, if for yoga teacher training course, it was a bit dark for them to drop down their notes. Hope it won't be bad for their eyes. And also the parking issue, if class is more than 2 hours, I need to set an alarm to pay by phone for parking which my partner had to be on the phone in the middle of class.
