I like the friendly staff. This is crutial as the first point of contact for guests is the front staff. Means a lot to have people who are calm, friendly and helpful!

I love Sea Studio - except for the very crowded turnover between classes in the tiny entry area. The lovely setting and light makes up for that, however. Great teachers, each with their own approach.

Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, knowledgeable teachers.
Service is generally pretty good with greeting etc....
but the new cashier the other day did not know of the Pre Holiday special that you had, when I wanted to buy, so I decided not to renew until later when I got home.
The people are great, however the premises always seem a little grimy. It’s a small, dark room so people walk across the mats even after the person using it has cleaned it.
Wish the washroom was on the outside. Also couldn’t see instructor.
Mats are new and smells nice. The room smells nice because air is working good. And the beautifull view makes it magic 😊
I am one of the old faithful who constantly raves to others about semperviva, where the staff is wonderful, the studios clean, orderly and well stocked, the teachers are superb and the scheduling will fit any lifestyle.

The 4th Ave location is great, the instructors are knowledgeable and encouraging during pratice and the points system is great for members.
