Variety of classes. Good instructors.
1). Sun Studio should be cleaner before class and everyone should do their part. Why does no one clean their mat any more? Why don’t instructors make mention?
2) Have a policy boldly in place that all members (both sexs), are required to wear lower as well as upper body clothing, of some sort, at all times. If either sex undresses, have staff speak to the person, or simply provide their shirt back for redress. Is this a new fad? It’s not even warm out.
3) How many people never sign in, or have memberships? There is one woman who has never signed in for almost 2 years, Thursday’s? Just doesn’t bother or no membership?
4) Fridays’ 7 a.m. class is no longer enjoyable with the louder music, constant rambling of Wesley, and intensity. If he still wants to teach a Vinyasa flow, get up earlier. Give us Janet, Jessica...
5) I’ve held memberships at YYoga and Semperviva at the same time. Issues 1-3 would not be so at YYoga, but #4 was, which is why I picked Semperviva.
6) I’d love to see an earlier Yin class.
Overall great. It’s not just you, it’s the members too who need to do their part.

More attention from teacher for new-students by atleast asking if there are new students in the class. During class there ares no corrections and almost options/alternatives given. Firm floor in stead of carpet
there was not enough space to move, I had a foot in my face more than once in my last class yet i dont think the class was full it just felt full with all the mats on the floor. nonetheless i was grateful to get a class in that day, great location and lovely caring staff
