instructor was good and class was just what I wanted
This location is my favorite out of all four locations. I like all of the merchandise available and the fact its on fourth street right in kits. It has a friendly, busy and up beat atmosphere and I feel a sense of community there.
No disappointed, it was good, but I'm not normally the person to recommend anything to others.
Love that you provide mats but they are worn and soggy. I would rather pay a lower drop in rate and bring my own mat.
Good helpful service at reception, excellent yoga instructors, good energy all around!

1) The air conditioner in the room (Kits Beach location) is quite noisy for a meditation space (where silence is key). It would be great if you can change it or find a more silent one.
2) Turning off the bright lights in the bathroom corridor during a class (Kits Beach Studio) would create a more authentic atmosphere. Or placing natural light there is another possibility. Or, you can use the phillips hue lights which can be controlled wirelessly and their dimness can be adjusted. Just an idea :)

Fantastic classes
so convenient. one of the best customer user experiences I've ever had. teachers seem to 'care' about what they do. In particular, Carolynne's Kundalini class is superb; can tell she really puts a lot of thought and time into preparing (ideas and the music is awesome) and the energy she brings to the class is so healing.

Great instructor, variety of classes and times.
Knowledgeable teachers who have senses of humour and personality in their sequences and classes, honouring our bodies and offering adjustments and differing levels of a position. And i never feel self-conscious and like I am around super yogis/like I don't belong! So I am able to focus on me and my practice more honestly! Hooray!
It would be great if there was a change table for babies. A cheap Ikea one in the changing rooms would be perfect and could be tucked away for the rest of the week.

I love the studio but have had some minor issues with my account. My tag not registering properly and my credit card being charged twice for a 2 for 1 special.
