Community, accessible for everyone, different studios at different locations
Pleasant space, excellent instructors
I love the teachers and the diverse backgrounds that they bring to the mat. I love the locations and the studio spaces, especially the Sea Studio. I have always had very positive and friendly interactions with the frontend staff.
Very helpful, friendly and relaxed staff. The class was great, timely (which I apprwas Coates) and it was a very comfortable atmosphere.

Great staff. Friendly and helpful at the front desk. Great teachers running great classes with good energy and focus on the students. The Sea Studio itself is quite beautiful and provides an interesting atmosphere with the two walls of windows out onto the water, the split level floor, and the carpet under the mats providing extra cushioning supporting our joints and bodies. The one thing that would improve the studio the most would be a locker room with showers. With a tight work schedule it is very difficult to commit to many weekly classes when we have to factor in additional time to get back home for a shower before going out to work or other commitments.

I like the new renos to the studio and the gorgeous view. Staff are friendly. Classes are suited to all levels and completely not judgemental.

As someone who is fairly new to yoga (ten months), I have appreciated the welcoming and friendly attitude of both the instructors and the desk staff, and the excellent classes. As well, I really enjoy the atmosphere of the Sea Studio, where I almost always go.
You might be interested to know that as a 64 year old recreational tennis player, I was starting to hurt myself regularly (back, heel, elbow), and after my friend bullied me into joining Semperviva, I have not hurt myself once.
I also find that there is great support, and my questions are answered with care. Yoga is a challenging endeavour, but I am persevering.

Quality instructors are the main reason I like Semperviva. At Sea, I also really like the ambiance. I usually attend Sea for evening relaxing classes, and I love the candlelight with the skyline in the background.
