The scenery and quietness of the studio
Offer some daytime YIN classes. Right now the only YIN there I know of are all at night, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday night. Due to injuries I can only do YIN anymore, and only having night classes makes it very hard. I won't go to the Saturday Yin taught by Cameron at 11:15 a.m. (because he talks non-stop), so I want some better times for yin, not all at night, during the week. PLEASE !?
Huge range of class times, forms of yoga and teachers to chose from. Each studio location also provides a different experience. Meets a diverse range of needs. I also love the deals offered and points system which make it more accessible. Always have enough props as well.
This is a big one, but perhaps a bathroom outside of the studio space. I arrived early and didn't want to disrupt the class inside. Upon start of class there were five or six of us lined up to use the washroom, as one was out of service. This may have been an atypical situation! Just a thought.
Love the different class types and the teachers. I love that the classes aren't "hot" yoga, but I still always work up a sweat in them!
Studio is excellent.Good space to do yoga
This is in marked contrast to Sun studio where you feel completely crammed in.Not sure I will go back to Sun studio
The staff are very welcoming and kind.
The instructor was skilled and knowledgeable, the studio was large, clean and had a great view. The women at reception was informative without being pushy.
Not disappointed- friends already go
I appreciated the attentiveness and kindness of the desk staff and the instructor, as this is all very new to me. The instructions and explanations were clearly delivered and understandable. I liked the atmosphere in the studio as well. I want to tell you that I was very unsure that yoga would work for me and have been so pleasantly surprised so far that I can see making this a part of my life for a very long time. Fantastic, well educated and experienced teachers. Bright, clean, welcoming facility. Staff willing to help and offer suggestions to make it more affordable to do yoga and continue doing yoga.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. Excellent instructors who have consistent class schedules. Beautiful location. Good pricing and promotions for multiple classes (10-classes or passes). Appreciate the fun, special event days that are free to members, such at the Mother's Day yoga - what better way to spend Mother's Day, but with my daughter at yoga! :) Also really appreciate the annual "gift" to members of $25 credit. So nice to be rewarded for loyalty - I definitely recommend your studio to others in return! Thanks!
Flexibility in schedule
Mats are very close together. Perhaps removing about 10 mays would make it a bit more comfortable for everyone.
The recent class I attended seemed very crowded and the room was a bit stuffy. But the people at the front desk and Aili were great.

Teachers are gerat, but the environment doesn't exude calm. It feels like a big Vancouver yoga studio and looks like a crossfit gym in an office building (which it is). Essential oils, wood floors, nicer ceilings, improved lighting.
