Knowledgeable instructors and lovely facility
The teachers, the variety of classes and the clean big studio.
Your instructors continually surprise me with their excellence. Alix suggested I'd like Jolene's classes—a terrific teacher—and Ben's workouts—equally excellent. Their pointers (like Ben suggesting yesterday in warrior pose that you think about tugging your heels toward each other) are the hallmark of experienced teachers who gift us with their knowledge.
I love the atmosphere but the classes are too long, I wish there were more 60 minute options.
Good and kind service from employees and teachers. The only thing I would recommend is to keep up with the floors/mats thorough cleanliness.

Clean, spacious, quality yoga mats, helpful staff, but most importantly quality yoga
The ladies restroom has had a broken toilet for months. It does not fill with water or flush consistently. If you hope to run a professional business you really need to either get it fixed or replaced. During busy times there is either a line-up to wait for the toilet to fill, or your client's are forced to use the toilet with someone else's remains. Either way not good.
Pls deal with the broken toilet on the right hand side of the ladies restroom.

I love that you have added restorative classes and was so happy to see how many are enjoying this new addition, and young people too 😂. Of course you know this but the acoustics are appalling in that space and showing should be done to reduce noise.
I like that you have many locations and are close my my residence. I like the instructors and the atmosphere of most of the studios
I like that there were yoga mats provided! The studio was clean and staff were friendly. I am very new to yoga but felt comfortable following along in the space. The instructor jaz was very good at describing the movements making it easier for someone like me who is not familiar with names of poses. Overall I had a very good experience and felt like I got a really good work out!
Staff are so kind and helpful. I like the cozieness of the studio.

Found staff much more welcoming at the Sea Centre Studio so I guess I expected the same.
Wasn't greeted when I came in and felt very out of place and awkward until class started.
