variety of classes and times, the teachers
Thank you for asking. I've meant to say something the last few times I've been in. I am relatively new (just been to a handful of classes over the past few months).The mats are very very dirty. Your studio would be fantastic if they were regularly thoroughly cleaned.
Friendly and helpful
I have always been happy with the sun center- however have been exceedingly disappointed by the quality of many new classes at kits location
Wide range of classes, times, and instructors; lovely big windows; made to feel welcome whenever I drop in. (I live out of town, but come with friends to your studio when my time in town alllows.) The friendliest desk people ever!
Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The instructor is giving good instruction and guidance. The location is convenient also.
Beautiful setting, amazing teachers.
Update facilities. It costs the same to go to YYoga and they have showers, infrared sauna and washrooms that are not in the yoga room
Lack of changing rooms ns overcrowded studio
Variety in classes and instructors that have their own style and teaching techniques. Good amount of classes to choose from in multiple locations.
Space feels a bit too small for the number of people you permit to take class at any one time at Sun Centre. Given the choice I'm more likely to recommend the other three spaces, before recommending Sun Centre as a space.
Everyone is friendly, welcoming and excepting of new and inexperienced members. Classes accommodate beginners to advanced...it's awesome!!

I love the venue!! It is comfortable and beautiful. The instructors you have all always great but I really only love classes at the Sea Studio. Even full classes feel like there is enough room.
Good instructors. I really liked the mommy and baby class. I also like He power vinyasa classes. Great that mats are provided. It's helpful that there is a 15 min grace period for coming late especially for new moms with babies.
The class is fast and and really fun.
I enjoyed the authentic yogi experience, the instructor seemed very mindful and grateful in his practice. I also appreciated the free tea before the class.
It's a great location but sadly the noise from the traffic is often distracting so not sure how you could improve that!
Fun, energizing, calming, workout. Loved the kundalini class!
