The teachers are lovely, positive people. The exercise is great, but the fabulous vibes are even better.
Great instructors and great classes
You have no limit to the number of people in a class and allow the classes to be too crowded and totally uncomfortable. The first class I was in had the mats literally 3 inches apart, making any movement difficult and awkward. It defeats the purpose of the classes - to be able to move freely and to get into your own headspace.

only suggestion is -that it would be nice to have somewhere inside the studio to store valuables

I'm finding the classes very crowded and sometimes do not have space to do the poses. I am petite and have had to move away from my neighbours' elbows, which detracts from the experience.
Its quite dirty & smells bad most of the time.
Just open the windows between classes!

the multiple locations
This location in particular is very well set up with a lot of space.
Approached the front desk staff and mentioned it was my first time there. They got me to sign a waiver but did not point me in any direction towards the studio, props, bathrooms, change rooms, etc. I don't think I've ever felt more unwelcome at a yoga studio, but I will be back because I really enjoyed my class!!

Limit the number of participants in a class in order to provide room for full range of movement.

Too little space between mats side to side. It feels too crowded and requires ongoing shuffling to adjust where I'm on the mat in order to accommodate those beside me.
I would much prefer a minimum 12 inches between mats. It is most often 4-6 inches, though one day there were mats with 2 inch spaces between them.
I took yoga classes 30+ years ago, and then about 10+ years ago, and never encountered the crowding of mats like this before.
I have had many, many good instructors at Sea Studio, and several that I really enjoy. But there are two whose classes I now always avoid. Both have music that is far too loud for me to be able to hear the instructor, or to focus on my breathing or movement. I did speak to one during the class. Though I watched her go to the amplifier and apparently turn the knob, I could hear no difference in the sound volume. Not only that, but her music of choice that day had a dominant and noticeable beat - one much, much faster than slow breathing. I could barely hear her instructions, and I was not able to overcome years of singing and dancing to the music beat, to be able to slow down to the breathing speed I wanted for yoga. Even the non-beat music she used for shivasana was too loud for me to relax. I was about 3 mats away from the speaker. I had to put my fingers in my ears to get the music down to a tolerable volume to unwind.
Studio is too small for the number of people who take class there. Could do with some renovations
Lots of classes, courteous and helpful staff, clean facilities.
The instructors are very knowledgable. The environment feels very comfortable and safe.

I love your staff
The only thing that weirds me out about the Sea Studio is the carpet. Another flooring type that could be disinfected would be much more hygienic. Staff were super lovely.
