It would be nice to have a little more space between each mat. Even if classes are usually crowded it might be possible to remove a couple of mats and give some space.
It is accessible and friendly environment. A local run business.
Friendly staff and clean facility
I enjoyed it all . My one complaint would be that sometimes a soft spoken instructor can not be heard . This is due to the volume of the music playing combiled with size of the room.
It was a great experience. The trainer was very professional and knowledgeable.
Windows to the water. I personally like the carpet because I find it give me extra cushioning on my knees etc.
Great teachers!
I find the mats are constantly dirty and the cleaning sponges could be changed more frequently.
Great Teachers , community , having 2studios that are close to me
I love the instructors message during the class. Always positive and inspiring
It's really packed. The room was full. The mats are really close together. Today I could feel a guy's breath all over my back in triangle. I know I'm supposed to rise above, but I found it difficult to do so.
Organized! Taking the yin yoga training currently.
Bernies training is amazing and the content excellent.
BUT the studio...
A bit chaotic though as we have to clear the studio space to let in another class. I feel like bulls are coming towards me when trying to leave the studios, as other students rush to get their "perfect" mat space. Maybe encourage students to wait until other classes clears? Just a thought.
Also does the studio space have any sort of air circulation? It's quite grouse in there with 48 bodies not even on a hot when blinds are closed so we can see the projector screen. The air is so stagnant, and a bit hot again NOT on a hot day, when I'm just sitting their not even doing yoga. I feel like air isn't even working ? I don't mean AC just any sort of ai circulationr...
Not really enjoyable. Hence why I lowered the rating.
Efficiency of the staff, polite and inspiring people.
Friendly, knowledgable staff, very inclusive environment!
the classroom was quite crowded and very full - not a lot of personal space.
I would try for teachers to give students more feedback and corrections
Better spacing between mats and getting more feedback on poses.
a variety of classes and interesting workshops
experienced teachers
good locations
Great teachers, friendly front staff, good atmosphere
the view
room has a nice vibe to it
but it was very noisy from people walking on the floor above the studio
Friendly atmosphere
Lovely staff, fantastic yoga classes, beautiful atmosphere!
Amount and variety of classes
The class was wonderful and the teacher and receptionist were both so friendly
Excellent instructors- Tianne, Janet, Wesley, Helen, to name just a few.
It's a warmer, older, smaller facility which seems 'homier' than either Kits or Granville Island.
There is a less 'competitive' feel at Sun Centre, more collegiality. It's most evident as yogis enter for class, or leave. At Sun, students are respectful waiting for bolsters, blocks, blankets, and on exit, waiting for each other to get clothes, shoes, etc. Not so much at Kits or "Sea" centre, where one has to compete for yoga tools, cubby space, mats, and on exit, some students stand in front of the cubbies as they dress, oblivious to those waiting behind, trying to reach the cubby with their keys, eyeglasses, shoes and clothes. In short, the instructors are better, students kinder, at Sun Centre. I'll go to kits, sometimes Sea, but they are not my first choice. Sure, there are a few ants at Sun, sometimes the heat isn't working, but it's 50% better than the other.
I like how approachable the people attending the classes are. Has more of a community feeling.
Good locations. Good spaces. Good instructors.
Very nice yoga teacher for the mom and baby class.
Very friendly

I have the boring answer about what's not to like?
excellent teachers, friendly staff, clean well equipped space, flexible scheduling, (and for me, geographically ideal)
