There's a variety of classes for all levels, and all classes are open to students of any level. In particular, Aili Storen is an amazing instructor, both physically and spiritually.
convenient locations & hours
Really pleasant, informative staff to greet you upon arrival. Great class with many options for different levels. Everything necessary was provided and of fine quality. Lovely, tasty, hot tea was an added treat. All round a very nice first experience :) Thanks to all involved. It makes such a difference.
very old, small, one bathroom, needs renovation and modernizations
Long-term member here. Love the studio and the staff. It is just too hot in the studio these days and it needs a bit more consistent cleaning. Lots of hair on the floor and sometimes the washrooms need work. Love Semperviva and the people. The first class after the afternoon break has time to be spotless and lately it hasn't been.
I like the teachers, the locations of the different studios
Extremely friendly and was a lovely class. The instructor lead the class very well and made me as a novice feel comfortable bs able to follow along
Lots of available classes. Great teachers. When I wanted to pay for a year in two payments, you found a way to make it happen - great customer service.

Great service in office, but trouble hearing the instructor. Didn't love the class. Space is fine.
In sometime, the room is so stuffy and luck of fresh air.
The instructors there are excellent and I love the studio over looking False Creek - open bright and airy compared with the 3 others

It is a small, simple, very peaceful and beautiful studio. The staff are always kind and grounded. I feel so relaxed when I leave no matter what state I was in when I came. I only wish parking was a little easier.:)
men's shorts were very very expensive ($90!!). Maybe stock sobering cheaper?
Poor introduction from staff...I had to ask most of the questions rather than be informed with the information (water cooler, washrooms etc). I felt really uncertain about how the experience would be. I asked if I could locate classes on MINDBODY and they said they didn't know-one doesn't use it and the other person saves the semperviva site on their phone! Of course after investigating myself, you sure can book classes on the app. This is good to train staff to inform new clients, no?
Anyways, all that was trumped by the amazing class I had with Mike so all good!
I love the location (sea centre); the peacefulness once you walk into the studio; the peacefulness I feel from the staff. And I love Julia D's class.
