I wandered in and your staff was SO friendly and kind.
My only issue is the mats; I have not seen one that doesn't need to be thoroughly cleaned. Its buildup of dirt that leaves the sponges brown. Otherwise I would give the studio a 10 for the quality of instruction (especially Lisa!!') and the friendliness of the front desk staff.:)

I love how you are all very welcoming and friendly. I didn't know about the services you provide and the one I'm extremely into is the 200 hr teacher training program. I admire how your Corporation is bring spirituality to our community and I want to be apart of it. After My first Class you guys got me addicted, I want to learn more. See you tonight :)
Variety of studios, styles and teachers
Have only participated in one class so far. Instructor was very soft spoken and difficult to hear from the back of the room; will choose a mat closer to the front of the room next time.

Multiple classes, studios and great instructors
The space is a bit tight but it's my favourite of the studios because it is the most intimate
There is too many people, it feels non respectful for the students and the teachers. Courses are so crowdy that teacher never come to correct you or give you special advices.
Also for the expensive price it would be good to have proper change rooms and showers.
I really like the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the studio. The teachers have been great and there is a nice variety of classes and times to choose from.

Very welcoming and accepting environment. Feels like a very safe space for learning without being judged.
On holidays there are far too many people allowed to attend a class. I understand that there were 50 in one class I attended. It took away from the wonderful relaxed atmosphere that is the norm.I will never go to another holiday class.I wonder what the fire regulations are for a room that size?

It's a good space with good teachers.
I find there is not enough information regarding the level/skill involved for each class. And for beginners, I find the classes not informative enough to learn the basics. Really - I find the classes best for those who already have yoga experience, and simply want a place to practice.
I find the Yoga done is purely at a physical level and the Kundalini class is really an Aerobic class with no internal growth or spiritual opportunity. There are other studios offering more authentic yoga
Great location, and great front desk and instructor staff. And the "customer first" attitude.
Julie D is particularly great with accommodating my individual requests for class poses and elements that meet my personal needs after recent major surgery.
