Excellent customer service
Good customer service and the water in a mildly hot day
I like the prices and the speed of service. Everyone is kind and goes above and beyond. I like that they make recommendations on the upkeep of the vehicle without feeling like they are pressuring you. I like that they often have stock on hand to do the maintenance they are recommending. I like being able to stay in my car during the services instead of in a dingy (though I doubt there would be dingy) waiting room. The cold water bottle upon arrival is a nice touch. I like that they stock Mobile One oil. It’s hard to find these days. Overall I would recommend your services to anyone.
Came in for an oil top off and customer service was top notch! Not only was I well greeted and given a bottle of water and my service was done. They also were looking out for my suv by recommending services for winterizing the vehicle and keeping with services for to further protect my engine and get better gas mileage .
I appreciate the courtesy and skill of your staff, and I will return when ever I need their services.

Super friendly and helpful staff . I was traveling through El Paso to Silver City and was experiencing some car problems . As a courtesy , the staff checked my fluid levels and tire pressure to rule out any problems of that sort . The guest service advisor , Jaime Arriaga , was especially courteous and knowledgeable.

My technician did more than I asked, which was much appreciated. Pointed out some things on my car that were damaged that had nothing to do with my oil change or the state inspection I was seeking. He went above and beyond and I was very grateful. The team was super courteous, kind, and quick.
