The people were very nice. The actual oil change went very quickly and they kept me informed the whole time. The people even joked around and held full conversations while working. It was very nice to experience. The only reason it is not a 10 was only because when I got there they said I would be after the white truck in front of me and then left me with no updates while they pulled other cars into the state inspection. Which is not a big deal to me just did not feel very customer service oriented. Other than that they were great and I will be using them again!
