In my experience as woman, going into a service station has sometimes been a huge hassle. I hate being talked down to or being told that I “need” certain services done that are not absolutely necessary. But this was different. I didn’t feel intimidated at all. The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. He took his time with my car and explained everything he was doing. The garage was immaculate and I was able to stay in my car for the duration of my time there. He even brought me a cold water bottle while I waited. In the end, he did suggest some other services but did not make me feel obligated or like I was a bad car owner for not agreeing to them. The customer service was outstanding and I felt very comfortable. As a woman, that type of service and feeling is priceless. I will be recommending this service station to everyone I know, but most especially to my female friends. Thank you for turning something that is usually so dreadful into an excellent experience. I will be returning. Thank you again.
