I came in for an emissions inspection. There were two people there and both were very and friendly. I liked them much better than the last time I went to that shop with other people working.
I wish I could remember the gentleman's name. He was courteous, professional, customer service oriented and genuinely straightforward. I buy my own WIX air filters, but because he treated us so well, I wanted to buy it.
