I liked how friendly and helpful everyone was. The service was quick and I was able to be on my was in no time. The employees are also very patient and helpful answering questions and figuring things out.
I previously had a coolant system flush performed on my car, it was not done properly. I wrote a review expressing my dissatisfaction, I was not really expecting to hear back. More-so under the concept of maybe if I make the issue known, management would address it internally and make sure the same error doesn’t occur again. To my surprise Mike the regional manager called me personally and listened to what I had to say. He not only listened, he personally promised to make the situation right. He held his promise and personally met me at the facility to correct the service previously performed. Mike even personally showed me how the service is performed to include how the machine works, with what comes out and goes back in the cars cooling system. Mike never once made any excuses, only sincere interest in making sure the service was corrected and that I left feeling fully confident in him and his teams quality work. True professionals are those who can take a negative and make it a positive. Thank you Mike and your team.
