Man oh man, I went to go get an oil change Around September 29 because I recently came back from a work trip and I didn’t want to do my oil change myself. I went in and asked for the basic oil change , and was repeated back if I wanted synthetic and I just agreed, the worker didn’t help me with any clarification, I was rolled into the bay, no reaffirmation of what service I wanted and when I heard the price, I was confused and frustrated because they told me they ran out of time he conventional oil for my Toyota Corolla.
A little back and fourth with Mark and he was very helpful. However what was more awesome was the District manager personally reaching out to resolve my frustration. Michael was awesome and I’m glad he made sure I’m in good hands in the future. You rock
