Here is what I do not like...only a.m or pm, can't cross over into 2 hr kennel time, so won't be able to use you except on special occasions. I like to my get dog at daycare from 11 to 4. Still don't like the idea they can't go outside to go potty.
Personalized and friendly. Mostly, though, I know my dogs. And, I know they WANT to go. They want to be there.
Availability, services and attention
The staff is amazingly friendly. They clearly like our dog (even though she is a puppy and has a lot of energy). And the place always smells so good (not like a dog ;) ). We really love sending her there.

After only a few weeks of going to Dogtopia, our one-year-old puppy, Alaia gets very anxious/excited and runs to our front door when I ask, "Are you ready to go to Dogtopia?" I would like it much more if the dogs were able to be outside - I would not feel comfortable boarding my dog there for a week vacation because they spend no time outside.
Everything - You are a super owner/operator, Betsy, your staff is so kind and accommodating, the facility is super clean and well kept and my dogs seem so happy and worn out when they come home! I especially like the fact that the dogs are separated by size. My dogs are small and seem to find larger dogs pretty intimidating. It seems to set more of a "you're here to play", rather than to spend time adjusting. Great job everyone!
