Personal attention based on each dog
The staff are friendly and really love the dogs and treat them as they would their own. I also love that they are open until 7pm, a lot of places only open tip 6, which would be much harder on some work days.
We originally looked for a daycare to socialize our puppy. What we found was that he was being socialized and trained! When we pick him up he's clean and exhausted from a great day of play. We cannot recommend Dogtopia highly enough.
The location is great, the staff is so friendly, helpful and ALL really love the dogs, and the business seems very organized, well run and taken care of, and I feel that they want the best experience for my dog.

They treat the dogs like they are their own. They get to know the owners and know their dogs. I like that they personalize the service, by telling us who our dogs played with, the birthday fun, and other holiday fun they do. Our dogs are like our children, so it is comforting to see they are well taken care of when we drop them off.
Everyone has been very nice. The place is very clean. Sammie loves going there!

Everything! Cleanliness, rooms separated by dog sizes, limitations on the number of animals, animal-temperment testing, happy dogs at the end of the day! I know you've had changes in staff and that's the only thing I would mention. I love to learn the names of staff and with changeover and the fact that we are not there every day, makes that a bit more difficult. Not a deal-breaker though! We all love you!
