My dog, who is edgy regarding strangers, loves the staff at Dogtopia. This tells me that the staff is loving and patient with him. He always has a great time during day care---he is happy and tired when we leave. Dogtopia has been accommodating with my schedule and is always prompt with drop-offs and pick-ups.
I like that you did an evaluation before accepting a dog and that you place in the appropriate room by temperament.

I like how clean the facility is, how there are rooms for dogs depending on their size, that the dogs are well supervised, and finally that the dogs have a schedule - just like a child's daycare with nap time at noon! Order and fun at the same time.
