The entire staff at Dogtopia is willing to do whatever it takes to make you and your dog comfortable on every visit. The staff is knowledgable, helpful, and extremely caring of each "family member" that stays with them. Their love of dogs is extremely powerful!
I like all the services that are provided. We have used the spa, along with doggy day care. Our next goal is to try boarding. Everytime we pull up to dogtopia our puppy is so excited to be there.

The staff
The Dogtopia staff are super friendly and professional, the premises are always immaculately clean, and my dogs LOVE going to Dogtopia. It's a clean, safe, fun environment for my dogs, and I love being able to run my errands after work without feeling guilty about leaving my dogs in their kennels. Plus, my dogs get some great exercise and build socialization skills, so it's definitely a win-win.

I am so thankful that Dogtopia "babysat" my puppy while we were visiting from out of town and I had to attend a humans-only event. Everyone with whom we interacted was so nice and kind and lovely, and I knew that my baby was in good hands! The facility was so clean and I love all of the amenities like the webcams. Love dogtopia! People are so friendly when I call or come in. The staff knew my dogs name by day 2.

Clean facility. Allowing the "guests" to interact and play. Given time outside daily, weather permitting. Able to view the rooms through the webcams. Though I would have liked to know which room my dog was in. Our computer access was not able to give me the high resolution video feed and there were two dogs that looked similar in color, size, and energy level in different rooms. So I was not able to know which was my pup. Maybe a list of the pups in each room so we could know who our "children" play well with and maybe create bonds and new friendships outside of Dogtopia.
The owner knows me by name and understands that I have a "howling dog!" I did recommend you to some of our neighbors and we actually saw one of them there when we brought in one of our dogs.

The people are very friendly. Our dogs are generally suspicious of new people and seemed immediately happy to meet all the staff members.
I was very impressed at the cleanliness of dogtopia, but my strong feelings on this place are solely based on how my dog was treated like family. On my second visit I felt that they sincerely missed my dog Barney. Now, I know that's just a proud father speaking, but my mind is at ease when he is with his friends at dogtopia.
