Very clean facility, friendly staff who clearly care about the dogs.
I like to see that the play rooms are not overcrowded while they are also always attended by staff. I also think the mid-day nap time is such a great idea. The cleanliness is also very appreciated. I love dogs, but do not love doggie smells!
Never in a million years would I have thought that I would take my dog to doggy day care. ...But after one day at Dogtopia and that all changed! We absolutely love it there...and more importantly,so does Rocky. The staff is AMAZING! WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT DOGTOPIA!
We love that when we walk in with our Berner pup he is greeted by name. It's a clean and welcoming environment. Our pup gets to play (supervised) with all kinds of other dogs and it's in an open area with lots of room to run and roam. He's not stuck in a kennel all day. We also love that he gets a much needed break for "nap time" so he doesn't get too warn out. It's been much easier for us to train him after bringing him home from a day of play at Dogtopia. We highly recommend bringing your fur family members to Dogtopia!!
I love the facility, the cleanliness and the fact that my dog smells good and is exhausted after a day of play there. I completely trust the staff and owner because I know that they care for my dog as if she were their own. I also love that I can call last minute and they are able to fit her into the schedule.
Overall, anyone who needs doggie daycare should take their dog here. It has been such a good experience for my dog and helping her to get socialized. I know she loves going and I never worry when she is playing at Dogtopia!
The staff is incredibly friendly. I also like that the facility doesn't feel like a pound, but instead feels warm and home-like.
The friendly...loving...warm...welcoming...capable....professional....knowledgable...fabulous STAFF. My dog just wiggles with happiness when I pull in the parking lot. She's always happy at the end of the day. This is a second home with a very special family who love her.

The staff are very friendly and really love dogs, they get to know the dogs well and treat them with so much love. Andy eagerly looks forward to coming (and is nice and tired afterwards!) I never worry about the care he is getting at Dogtopia.

Super friendly staff, the fact that my dog gets to play all. day. long. :) The facility was really clean and didn't smell like other places do- like wet dog... Even before seeing Dogtopia in person, I was sold on bringing my dog, just based on the vibe I got over the phone and the friendliness of the staff- something that is very hard to accomplish with me. I'm very skeptical of many things, usually if something seems too good to be true, it is. Well, not the case here. I was overly impressed with everything, and my dog had a great time, too!! I will definitely bring him back again when the time is needed!! :D

The staff was very friendly. The building was nice and clean. The number of dogs was nice - not too many at one time. I visited Waggin' Tails and was appalled at how many dogs they had crammed into their small areas. It was like night and day between the two places. Dogtopia also has the doggy cam which I like. I'm sure I'll send my dog there in the future for daycare.
The individual attention and feedback, that dogs are separated by size, that my dog is greeted by name when we come in, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of staff!
I have only done the tour and evaluation, but the man who did that was great and seemed friendly. He told me all about what Dogtopia was about and even showed me the play rooms. The only bad experience was in the puppy play area, the man in there with the dogs just seemed bored walking around and not really interacting with the puppies following him. Whereas the girl in the big dog room was interacting well.

I love the fact that it is always clean and smells so "un-doggy like". I really appreciate the fact that you have rooms for different sized dogs. I think it provides a sense of safety to the dogs and allows for maximum positive experience. Your staff is always so kind and friendly. Love, love, love, Tanya! They love my dog almost as much as I do and take great care of him!
The attendants are always up and moving and take each dog occasionally for an in-door walk around the area. They do not use water spray bottles to keep dogs in check. The place always is clean and doesn't smell like some daycares I had checked out. I like the idea that there are two rooms with appropriate dogs in each one. My dog really loves it there and that is the best thing ever!.
Everything! The staff is terrific both to the people and the dogs. I like the webcam so I can see how much fun my dog is having. She loves to come to Dogtopia.

Our dog comes home happy. At a previous kennel we used, she came home stressed. Every visit to Dogtopia involves friendly staff that update us on how our dog did for the day (day care) or for her visit (boarding). For boarding, we even get a report card. The staff has also gone above and beyond by giving us extra feedback on the types of dogs our dog gets along with (and not) so we can properly select another canine to add to our family. We also like that we can go online to see how out dog us doing. Our dog is very energetic and plays rough and hard. The staff has taken the time to get to know our dog so she and other dogs can have the best possible experience.
