We have been coming to Dogtopia for about 4 years. While there have been lots of changes over the years -- the friendliness of the staff and the excellent care Indi receives has stayed the same. I love taking my dog to Dogtopia, but the recent change in staff seems much less friendly and personal. I hope the new staff loves my senior dog as much as the old one did.

Dogtopia is the best! We were previously at another daycare, but we didn't feel like our dog was getting the best care there. We switched to Dogtopia, and, from the initial consultation, were so impressed with everyone there. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and loving to our dog! We recently went out of town and boarded him for the first time, and Dogtopia did a wonderful job of keeping us updated and, more importantly, keeping him healthy and happy! The absolute best!!!

The thoughtfulness of the assessment, and allowing Sammi to get used to the place before layering in a bunch of meet and greets with dogs. I also liked her "report card" if you will regarding who she met, was friends with, how her day was etc.

This has been the best experience for Coco ! She loves coming to Dogtopia; when we tell her she is "going to play" she gets so excited and happy. She is a very cautious girl when it comes to new places, but she has loved Dogtopia from Day One. When my husband picked her up yesterday he commented on how nice she smelled --we were both gratefull for that ! She will be back for a boarding visit in about 2 weeks but I haven't told her yet. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the frienliness of the staff. Everyone seems t be a "dog person". I love the newsletter and your on-line comunication about activities at the center. And I really appreciate being able to see how she is doing via the "doggy cam" when she is with you for boarding! Thanks for all you do for her !!

The people know my dog's name when he arrives. The attendants are in a generally happy mood-I haven't seen any of them be impatient with a dog or a client. If they don't know the answer they will get you one. Great place and my dog loves it there.
