My dog is so happy when he visits. He knows when we make the exit (Airport/Century).He becomes a bundle of excitement because he knows the only reason we ever take that exit is when he visits his furry friends. The welcoming, happy staff never yank on my dog, even when he is excited and wants to enter the back immediately. The staff know his name and welcome him. I can relax when he is there knowing he is well taken care of. It eases my mind knowing he is having a good time socializing with his furry friends. The staff give me a daily report if I ask how he did, which dogs he played with, etc.
Easy to schedule (love the app!), always very clean and my dog is so excited to be there!
When my German shepherd is at Dogtopia, I know he is in a safe and fun environment that is conscientiously monitored by staff who are friendly, caring and attentive.
The staff is very welcoming and really knows and loves my dog! The whole process is just very smooth. Relaxed, organized, knowledgeable staff with enthusiasm and caring energy. The dedication they show puts me at ease, and I trust he is getting great care and attention and is safe. He is excited to go to hang out with his Dogtopia friends, and when I pick him up I sense he is relaxed after a day of playing and/or just chilling and watching the younger dogs frolic. They know my dog and they love my dog. I really could not ask for more!

convenient location and hours
I love that the staff knows my dog by name and he is always excited to go! The convenience of being able to get his nails trimmed or a bath is also great! Plus, my dog is always exhausted and tired after a long day of playing so I know he is getting the stimulation he needs!
Our dog loves it at Dogtopia and even though they have had some staff turnover, we feel like she is consistently and lovingly cared for while we she is there. We have taken her to other daycares around town, but her body language let us know she was not excited to be there. It broke our heart so now we drive out of our way to bring her back to Dogtopia. She is so excited as soon as we pull into Dogtopia's parking lot!
They also offer a complete package of services so we do not have to take her multiple places for boarding and grooming, which makes our dog and us even more comfortable.
The staff always remembers Willow''s name. Very proactive with weather updates or dog illnesses that come about.

The staff is very friendly and I can see that they care about the dogs. I usually receive a small update when I pick him up every time, which I really like because I don't always have time to watch the cameras.
Dogtopia Madison West is great. They always have pleasant staff, keep me informed, and do their best to help in any way. Some of the staff will take the time to tell me a funny story about my dog’s day, and after a long day of work, it honestly brightens my day so much. I already have recommended Dogtopia to friends and would continue to do so for anyone in need of daycare for their pup!
Flexible hours.
Echo needs more outside time. Even if she is alone, that's fine with us.
I wish you had trainers to work with each dog on the basics, sit, stay and come.
I feel like Echo just sits in a corner. I can't find her on the web cams either.

I love that my dog has a safe place to play! He can be really intense and needs help taking breaks. The staff is great at making sure he has fun and slows down when he needs to.

Excellent facility and an enthusiastic staff that interacts with dogs rather than just watch them all day. My dog, Oscar, and I prefer Dogtopia over other daycare facilities we have tried. Unfortunately, it is a bit more expensive at Dogtopia, so we can’t afford to bring Oscar to Dogtopia as often as we would like.
I especially like that all dogs are screened for being healthy and are able to play well with other dogs. I like the web-cam so I can monitor my dog while there. The facilities are clean and well maintained and the staff seems well trained and gentle in their care of the dogs.
All of the staff is very friendly. I feel comfortable leaving my dog at Dogtopia and know he will be safe and well cared for. I also love the webcams so I can check up on him during they day and see he’s having a great time.
I love Dogtopia! My dog is high energy and loves other dogs. He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and he comes home happy and tired. I love that I can watch him during the day on the camera too! The staff are welcoming and service oriented, and they know and understand dog behavior. I recommend it to every dog owner I know!
