I have been to other two dog day cares in the Madison area and by far the staff is the friendliest, most helpful and most dog loving I have been to. When I drop Zuri off in the morning she is always excited to be there and is always exhausted when I pick her up. I know Zuri is always well taken care of when she is with you and I never have to worry about her when I work long hours.
I and Zuri are very pleased to have found Dogtopia and the dog-loving staff who enjoy the furry friends as much as we enjoy you all.
Management and staff communicate well giving us great updates on the dog and plenty of lead time if there are things we need to do like vaccinations, or day passes. We board our dog when we travel and she seems quite content. We can watch on the webcam which gives us peace of mind. They recently switched her rooms, now that she is older and everything seems to be working well. We are grateful for the care or family dog receives.

The staff is super professional and responsive, everything seems very clean, and my dog loves her time there! The app makes scheduling daycare and boarding so easy, and I love that I can go to one place for everything I need, from daycare to boarding to grooming. While I don’t use the webcam as much anymore, as a new pet owner it was such a relief to be able to check in on my pup when she first started daycare.
