Willow loves her daycare days! She gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The staff are always good at letting me know how she did that day and seem well trained on how to read the dog's emotions. I've had a good experience with the spa services as well.
Friendly and caring staff. Love that Camo comes home exhausted. She falls asleep before we get home and once we get home she eats, goes to bed and sleeps well all night.

The staff is so very friendly and they know my dog so well. Every time she is boarded, the services are even better. This time they sent me a text message telling me how Coco had done while there by what she ate and who she played with and what the coaches noted about her behaviors. I am so happy to have found Dogtopia for my dog!!

The report cards are great and it is also great to be able to keep an eye on her and her behaviour over the course of the day via the webcams.

When I drop Jersey off, everyone knows his name and seems to be happy he stopped by for playtime. I have never had him refuse to enter the door. He likes going inside to see all of his friends and recognizes the turns in advance. If he isn't going to Dogtopia, I know NOT to use the Century exit! He knows he is going to have an active and fun day.
My dogs are excited to go and come home tired. The trainers know the dogs and give me a lot of feedback on how their day went.

You can really tell that the staff care deeply about the dogs, and that customer service is a high priority. Staff are kind, conscientious, and caring. I 100% trust them in caring for my dog. They go the extra mile by notifying us if something happens and getting to know my dog. I appreciate Being able to check in on my dog during the day via the cameras in the playroom I also will say I love the curbside dog pick up/drop off :)
